Nicholas Franck is an experienced treasurer, consultant, and banker with more than 35 years in the industry. Over three decades, he has worked on major treasury and banking projects across Europe and Asia, including treasury center setups, global divisional treasury structures, and enterprise-wide treasury transformation programs. In addition to deep technical treasury expertise, he also brings extensive systems knowledge, project management certification, and a strong interest in organizational and behavioural science. Benjamin entered treasury more than 12 years ago and quickly developed a strong passion for the profession. His career has taken him from a CAC40 company to the largest private company in the US and now to the world’s largest alternative asset manager. Along the way, he has been involved in multiple TMS implementations, trade finance platform projects, FX risk management, liquidity structures, automation initiatives, and managerial roles. Benjamin also serves on the board of the Association of Corporate Treasurers of Luxembourg, where he supports education and the long-term development of the treasury profession.
